Not even snow the night before stopped the Green Machine from hosting Minnesota Splash December 4 at the University of Minnesota. It did make it more difficult to push Zazu’s cart through the snow, but nevertheless, it arrived on time for the presentations at the new Science Teaching and Student Services Building. Although fewer teams were able to attend due to the snow, seminar rooms were still mostly packed for the morning of presentations. Everything from “how to survive 6 weeks of robot build” to how to put together marketing materials for sponsors was covered. Team 1816 thanks the University of Minnesota for generously donating space at Willey Hall and at the new STSS building for Minnesota Splash. Splash presentations will be posted by mid-December on the Minnesota Regional website.
