FIRST Team 1816- The Green Machine is currently in a frenzy of activity to finish our robot (Zebruh) before the end of the 6-week “Build-Season.” This year’s FRC game challenge is called Recycle Rush, where alliances of three robots will race against the clock to place stacks of storage containers on top of scoring platforms, and then top those stacks off with recycling bins, all while properly disposing of “litter” (aka pool noodles). This game poses interesting engineering challenges, requiring crafty game strategy and ingenuity. Our 2015 Season Open House & Robot Reveal will demonstrate what we came up with! “We <3 Our Robot Day” will take place on Saturday, February 14th, from12 pm to 2 pm, in the atrium of the Edina Performing Arts Center (Door 3), Edina High School.
